Cancellation & Refunds

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all tickets purchased for Meet Magento India through the official website meetmagento.in, operated by Ewaycorp Technologies Private Limited (“Service Provider”).

No Cancellation Policy

Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or transferred under any circumstances. Please ensure all booking details are verified before completing your purchase.

Refunds

As a standard policy, no refunds will be issued for tickets purchased. Any convenience fees, service charges, or applicable taxes will also not be refunded.

Discounts and Offers

Ticket purchasers are not entitled to compensation, refunds, or alternative benefits in lieu of any discounts, promotional offers, or benefits availed at the time of booking.

Force Majeure

The Service Provider shall not be held responsible or liable for any cancellation, rescheduling, delay, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances include but are not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, fire, flood, earthquake, strikes, labor disputes, government orders or restrictions, war, terrorism, civil commotion, or technical failures.

In the event of cancellation due to Force Majeure, the Service Provider reserves the right to reschedule the event or issue credits/ticket transfers for future editions, at its sole discretion. No refunds shall be provided unless expressly announced by the Service Provider.

Policy Changes and Rights

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, revise, withdraw, or update this Policy, including the cancellation and refund terms, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

The Service Provider reserves the right to disqualify any purchaser from availing benefits under this Policy and may pursue civil or criminal action in cases where fraudulent activity is detected.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute arising under this Policy, the decision of the Service Provider shall be final and binding.

Shipping & Delivery

For International buyers, no shipments are made - all tickets are provided as digital copies over email. For domestic buyers, no shipments are made - all tickets are provided as digital copies over email. Delivery of all tickets will be to the email address provided by the buyer.
